| This image was created as really nothing more than
an experiment in complimentary colors and to give myself some practice
with the materials and textures settings in Bryce. It's a rather simple
image that only took about 20 minutes to render at the size you see above.
I've included it in this web site just to show you what can be created
when you're doing nothing more than just messing around.
The background stars are from yet another wide-field image I shot while out in Arizona in March of 1997. It is from the region of Ophiucus taken on un-hypered Kodak 1000 speed medium format color negative film; PMZ-120. (Check out my links page for sources on which films work for astrophotography.) |
